Great set by Rabies Babies at the outstanding music venue Bull & Gate in Kentishtown, London for the OnlineTV internet video broadcast. These girls fall right in line with the She-Rock-O-Rama music style but more punk, less funk. Sometimes they remind me of 3 Ant Riot Riotmiloo Emilie who have played the Bull & Gate too.
Rabies Babies stage show is great as they seem to prepare their outfits to the beats they will play on the night. The best part is the girls just want to have fun and fun is what they have. The show is refreshing as the music and if you like to be entertained this band is sure to please. They are still out there decades after this video and rocking the world, so you still have the chance to actually make it to one of their shows. Well done and they really update you on what they are doing and best of all, it is so much fun.
They have a song “Rape Is Rape, Even If The Rapist Is In A Band That You Like” which had me rolling on the floor. They take various sexuality very seriously and it reflects in their songs, attitude, and lifestyles. Very colorful indeed.
