This powerful band came up on a tape from the archives and I just thought it should be on the select bands I am curating here. A powerful trio give an amazing performance with non stop energy to a packed house. There is just so little known of the band and I cant even find out what the lineup was. Who are 3 Ant Riot
3 Ant Riot has a CD out but little is known. There is an online collection of their songs at the almost defunct Myspace.
French Artist Riotmiloo’s musical roots come from riotgrrrl’s screams and protest. Her first appearance on the music scene in London was as lead singer for the group 3 Ant Riot. Later she left that group, citing it was not experimental enough and became lead singer of the London garage punk band Venom Seeds (2003-2008).
Since then she has gone beyond and collaborated with many avant-garde acts.
