Michael Weston King Live Solo Show At 12 Bar Club, London
As he readied his world solo tour Michael came to play to the small intimate crowd at 12 Bar Club on Tin Pan Alley. He plays all his great hits as well as the ones he has ready for the next release “Live in Dinky Town.”
A really strong set presented with strong steady vocals, no hesitation, just right to the point with well written songs and a presentation that just will entrance you.
Who is Michael Weston King
King started out with a country rock band “Gary Hall and The Stormkeepers” back in the late 1980’s. Later in 1992 he formed an alternative country band “The Good Son.” We are proud to have him at the 12 Bar Club, London.
In 2002, and after 200 solo shows across Europe and America, King released Live…In Dinky Town, a collection of live and solo performances gathered shows in Hamburg, Austin, Amsterdam, Bilbao and Manchester. This recording was never used and only shown on the day of creation. The album also featured contributions from Jackie Leven and Andy White.
