David Juriansz had played many times at the legendary 12 Bar Club in London honing his solo shows and expanding his song repertoire. In most of these sets I think it is Kevin Edge who joins David on stage and provides perfect backing vocals and embellishes David’s songs with electric guitar, piano and percussion.
David presents sets playing most of the songs from a recently released CD and these are the best part – his narratives. Before each song he explains the roots of it in story form and it makes it easy to follow the mind of this song writing genius. Right along with these songs you find yourself encased in a myriad of mystifying rhythms perfectly coordinated with both music, beat, and soul.
Who is David Juriansz

David Juriansz has played alongside bands like Things of Stone and Wood, Bachelors from Prague and the Clouds. His song writing skills so popular that Tiddas released their version of his song Neighbourhood Houses and even Ani Defranco has been heard singing his campfire anthem.
