Rufus Maneuvers took to the Acme Underground stage with great finesse with their five amazing artists. Songs that did not just warm the heart but whose harmonies allowed the audience to relax into a blissful state along with the band.

With almost a 45 minute set these rockers did not let up as they delivered a hugely compelling concert. Which were filled with harmonies from the two singers. Augmented by the amazing bass player, Karin Kozuta and copacetic drums from Chris Edwards. The total performance was stunning and really captured the imagination of the audience.

Who is Rufus Maneuvers

Rufus Maneuvers are a persuasive aural experience created by pop melodies, rich grooves, and powerful rhythms. Their brand of pop rock mixes elements of rock, funk, and folk music to create some memorable songs that are sure to take hold of you.

Rufus Maneuvers’ sound is kept diversified by the fact that there are two front men. The use of two distinct lead vocalists – Jim Culver and guitarist Scott Celani – kept their music moving as much as their tempo changes

Culver’s comforting, laid-back mannerisms and Celani’s emotionally-charged pop style change the character of songs and combine for killer harmonies. A blend of vocals and songwriting equally compelling born from two distinct musical personalities… a combination that attracts the listener and keeps them there.

Rufus Maneuvers has been compared to Counting Crows, Train, Fastball, etc.

This concert has most, if not all of their debut CD entitled “One Clear Moment”. The CD was produced and recorded by Toronto producer, Brent Bodrug
